The Montrose Art Society presesnts Raul Gonzalez's 1st Solo Exhibition: A Collection of Work : Past to Present. Opening Reception, Saturday, June 18,  6pm-8pm at the Caroline Collective, 4820 Caroline St. This will be Raul Gonzalez's first solo exhibition of work.

Artist Raul Gonzalez has put together a selection of drawings, painting and photographs from throughout his career as an artist. Some of the work dates back to 1999, when Raul was primarily creating drawings with graphite and pencil.

The exhibit will also include work that has neither been shown publicly or work that he has not shown in a formal setting. The work is primarily portraits and landscapes, with a wide range of style and technique.

He has also selected a few photographs, which he normally uses as references for drawings and/or paintings. He found that some of the images were better suited as photos.
