The Museum of Fine Arts, Houston presents MFAH Film Revival: Play Time. Free admission.

Jacques Tati’s gloriously choreographed, nearly wordless comedies about confusion in the age of technology reached their creative apex with Play Time. For this monumental achievement—a nearly three-year-long, bank-breaking production—Tati again thrusts the endearingly clumsy, resolutely old-fashioned Monsieur Hulot (Tati), along with a host of other lost souls, into a bafflingly modernist Paris.

With every inch of its superwide frame crammed with hilarity and inventiveness, Play Time slyly depicts the shock of the new.

Museum Parking Garage
Located directly east of the Beck and Law buildings, the MFAH Visitors Center features a four-story covered parking garage.

The easy-to-find parking entrance is on Binz, marked by a large, yellow arrow.

You're always protected from the elements when you park your car in the Museum Garage. From there, you can go to the Visitors Center lobby and find a ticketing desk and up-to-the minute museum information.

As an added convenience, you can enter the Beck and Law buildings from the Visitors Center through security-monitored, climate-controlled tunnels connecting all three buildings.
