The Serpentine Heart: Exploring Change, Adaptation and Resilience with Continuum Movement

If your heart spoke its true desire, would you be able to hear it? In the rush of everyday life, it is easy to lose touch with that which we truly hold dear.

In this experiential workshop, we will create a sacred space that offers an opportunity to explore change, adaptation and resilience that ultimately takes us forward into the fullness of our lives. Continuum uses breath, sound and gentle movement to enhance present moment...

Continuum uses breath, sound and gentle movement to enhance present moment awareness. As we tend to our inner rhythms, receptivity increases and new possibilities arise.

Presenter Patty Adamik, LMT, CLT, is an authorized Continuum Movement teacher. She has trained directly with Emilie Conrad, founder of Continuum Movement since 2003. Patty has been a practicing massage therapist since 1989 and maintains a private therapeutic body work and movement practice. She has advanced training in Zentherapy, Vodder Method Lymphatic Massage, Russian Medical Massage, and other modalities.
