When women gather together and share what it is to be a woman today, one significant experience is often unnamed or marginalized -- living as a woman who will never be a "mother" in the traditional way. Women without children find themselves on the "other path" for various reasons—a decision your body made, one you forgot to make, one you made freely or one you are struggling with today.

Whatever the circumstances, being a woman without being a mother evokes its own unique feelings, considerations and experiences that deserve to be named and shared in the company of like women. Join other childless or childfree women on this "Other Path" as we tell our stories, explore our challenges, grieve our losses, ask our questions, discover our fertile gifts and birth our creative desires.

Presenter Suzan Cotellesse is a psychotherapist, consultant, and LPC supervisor and trainer. She has 27 years experience assisting individuals, couples, and groups with personal and professional changes, challenges, conflicts and crises. Her therapeutic expertise includes trauma resolution and women's empowerment. She conducts workshops for women who will never be mothers, teaches creativity classes, and facilitates women's process groups.
