Presenter Angela Caughlin, LCSW, is an author, psychotherapist, and workshop presenter. Her books The Only Way…Through and Journaling Through: From Loss to Transformation were published in 2006. Her latest book, Journaling Through: Unleashing the Power of the Authentic Self was recommended by the Chopra Center Newletter. Angela maintains a private counseling/life coaching practice and works in the Transition Medicine Program at Baylor College of Medicine.
