Land Rover Houston Central presents Rainbow on the Green at Discovery Green Friday, June 24 at 8 p.m. Guests will enjoy the talent of some Houston’s best GLBT entertainers while spending an evening at the beautiful Downtown Houston park.

Hosted by F Bar Resident Host and Director of Entertainment Tye Blue, the night will include performances by: Pride Idol Champion of 2010 Brittni Jackson, Ambassador for MyGayHouston.com Miss Money, Sara Jackson, Tye Blue, and F Bar Dreamgirls - Kara Dion, Tara Dion, and Christina Ross. Broadway aficionados won’t want to miss the very special guest performance by Anthony Rapp, Star of the Original Cast of RENT on Broadway.

Rainbow on the Green is a free, night of live concerts complete with a professional band and backup vocalists so bring your friends and be prepared to dance and sing along with some of the city’s best GLBT performers on the Anheuser-Busch Stage and Fondren Performance Space.

Blankets, lawn chairs, and picnics are welcome, but please do not bring glass containers or alcoholic beverages into the park. Beer and wine will be available for purchase.
