    Christ Church Cathedral presents a Whitsuntide Concert, Sunday, June 12 at 5pm.

    The Choir of Christ Church Cathedral will present the music of 20th-century French composer Francis Poulenc in celebration of Whitsunday, the day of Pentecost. The concert features Poulenc’s Gloria for soprano soloist, chorus and orchestra, his Organ Concerto in G Minor, and four a capella motets.

    Christ Church Cathedral presents a Whitsuntide Concert, Sunday, June 12 at 5pm.

    The Choir of Christ Church Cathedral will present the music of 20th-century French composer Francis Poulenc in celebration of Whitsunday, the day of Pentecost. The concert features Poulenc’s Gloria for soprano soloist, chorus and orchestra, his Organ Concerto in G Minor, and four a capella motets.

    The choir is under the direction of Robert Simpson, with solos by soprano Laura Botkin and organist Bruce Power.
