Block 7 Wine Company and Spacetaker present Tracy Manford Carlson: State of Mind,  as part of the Spacetaker ARC Exhibition Series, from June 20 through August 14. Opening Reception: Wednesday, June 29, 5-7PM.

STATE OF MIND is the latest series from Tracy Manford Carlson, who trains her eye on the worn beauty of the Texas landscape. Her images seek to unearth the forgotten places that surround us, using a stunning juxtaposition of industrial grit and natural greenery that's instantly recognizable to anyone who's ever gotten lost in the hill country.

"My whole life, I've lived in Texas and been fascinated by its old and abandoned places. My goal with this show, and with all my work, is to inspire people to take a closer look at the world around them and appreciate its history, its story, and its beauty."
