Feasts inspired by each of the Harry Potter films have become an outright Alamo tradition. Our chefs have worked culinary magic time and again, treating audiences to some of the tastiest English-themed spreads this side of the Great Hall. For this, the final installment of our beloved Harry Potter films, expect suitably great, powerfully delicious offerings.

1st Course:
Brandade of Trout and roasted garlic
Trout filets poached in Hennepin and mashed with fistfulls of garlic and served with ciabatta crostini and the skin of Slitherin paired with Polly-juice potion

2nd Course:
The Weasley family's carrot and ginger soup paired with Left Hand's Good Juju

3rd Course:
Quick melted cow's milk cheese w/sprigs of thyme, beet greens and red and green snitch (grapes) paired with Bavik-de Brabandere's Petrus Aged Pale

4th Course
Roasted skin-on chicken breast stuffed with "Sirius Black" pudding and sage served with a creamy snap pea risotto paired with Unibroue's Don de Dieu

5th Course:
The dark arts trio: Cherry bundles with sweetened creme, a semi-sweet chocolate truffle and strawberry lavender sorbet paired with Alamo's own Butter Beer recipe using Original Sin's hard cider
