In honor of the late anthropologist, author, filmmaker, and curator Dr. Edmund Carpenter, the Menil presents a reading of his landmark 1973 book, Eskimo Realities. The reading, which will take place within the Upside Down gallery on the closing day of the remarkable exhibition he organized, will begin at 5 p.m. The museum will remain open until it is complete.
