Dosey Doe Coffee House presents Blue Grass Boogiemen.

The Blue Grass Boogiemen, otherwise known as the Hillbilly Boogiemen, are an act from Holland well-versed in American music. As Boogiemen (named after the song 'Hillbilly Boogie' by the Delmore Brothers) they've been playing vintage country, rockabilly and bluegrass professionally since 1990.

This band strictly performs on acoustic instruments while standing around an omni-directional microphone. In terms of performance, their show has met great success not only in Europe but America as well. Most recently, the Boogiemen won the 'Waterford Crystal Bowl' for 'most popular band' in Ireland, the 'Silver Fiddle Award' at the Guinness Inter-national Bluegrass Festival and for the sixth time a 'Gram Parsons Award' both for best acoustic country and bluegrass band.
