The Moores Opera Center returns to the Mucky Duck! Moores School of Music: What’s Opera, Duck? Thursday, September 22 at 7:30pm.

We have been besieged with requests to bring it back, so the Moores Opera Center of the University of Houston returns to the Mucky Duck for a season kick-off evening of favorite arias and musical theatre songs.

Grab a beer, have some food, and be entertained by an impressive parade of up and coming stars. Hosted again by MOC director Buck Ross in his trademarked, amusingly ironic style, it’s the way opera ought to be!

Ticket proceeds benefit the Moores Opera Center at the University of Houston.

The Moores Opera Center is one of the country’s largest university opera programs. Presenting 4 major productions annually in the spectacular Moores Opera House, its loyal audience always looks forward to a season of creative productions of imaginative repertoire sung by energetic casts on their way to big careers.
