Anderson Fair presents Don Sanders (CD release). 

Don Sanders is a singer, songwriter, storyteller, recording artist, and novelist. Don first achieved recognition with artistically acclaimed LPs and CDs. He has also translated plays, written one-man performance pieces, and acted professionally. He currently performs for schools, theaters, and festivals throughout the Southwest. An honorary board member of Kerrville Music Festival, Don has served on the board of the Tejas Storytelling Association and was a founding member of listener-sponsored KPFT radio.

Outstanding achievements of past year include completion of “Cancionero,” a coming of age novel, and Sanders’ “Bayou Song,” which was recorded and released by Lyle Lovett. Don's programs include: Sing & Move (interactive songs & rhymes for younger students); Cuentos y canciones (Latin American folktale & folksong, bilingual); Lost Years of Pecos Bill (tall tales, Bill’s childhood); Siempre Listo, Ever Clever (more Latin American lore, bilingual); Gusher Times (stories & songs of the petroleum industry); Sourdough Cowboy (authentic stories & songs of the cowboys); and Sawmill Towns (stories & songs of the timber industry).
