    Pearland Parks & Recreation presents Kid Fish Fest, Saturday, November 12, 2011, 9:00am-1:00pm, at the Bass Pro Shop (1000 Bass Pro Drive). 

    Kid Fish Fest is an outreach program designed to educate and provide hands-on fishing experiences to children of all ages. Pearland Parks & Recreation has partnered with Bass Pro Shop to provide children the opportunity to participate in educational demonstrations about fishing, conservation and respect for their environment, including the fish and other anglers. The pond is generously stocked prior to fishing in order to increase the children's odds of a memorable fishing experience.

    We encourage you to bring your fishing rod, reel, bait and tackle. Limited supplies will be available - first come, first serve. Volunteers will be on hand to assist the children in catching the fish too.

    Come out and get caught fishin'!
