Discovery Green presents Scream on the Green, Saturday, October 29, 6-10 pm.

It's the annual boofest at Discovery Green. Costume contests for adults, children and ... uhh, dogs of all sizes. Face painting, trick or treating, "larger than life puppet", music, movies and more fun.

PLUS: The event includes the Halloween movie The Nightmare Before Christmas, Rated PG; 75 minutes; 1993. Tim Burton's extraordinary musical features the Halloween Pumpkin King, who kidnaps Santa so that he can deliver goulish Christmas presents to all the little boys and girls.
