Do you know your natural rhythm? We often live at the velocity demanded by external factors, such as waking to an alarm clock or meeting a deadline. Yet, under the surface, the rhythms of biological life move at their own tempo. Continuum Movement offers a unique opportunity to slow down, tune in and experience the subtle rhythms of our internal systems. Breath, sound and gentle movement bring us to a place of deep listening and facilitate a nurturing connection to our inner natural tempo.

 Patty Adamik, RMT, CLT, is an authorized Continnuum Movement teacher. She has trained directly with Emilie Conrad, founder of Continuum Movement. Patty has been a practicing massage therapist since 1989 and maintains a private therapeutic body work and movement practice.
