    The Houston Museum of Natural Science presents a Family Chemistry Festival, Tuesday, November 15, 6pm-8pm. Chemotion Festival at HMNS - Sure To Get A Reaction!

    Explore the weird, wacky and changing world of chemistry at Chemotion - an evening with live programs and hands-on activities throughout the Museum!

    Chemotion is sure to get a reaction from both kids and adults. Family fun at Chemotion includes the Myth Buster Science in Movies Film Festival, Live Chemistry Demonstrations, Chemistry of Minerals tour, Wacky Chemistry Live show in the Planetarium, and Chemistry in Petroleum tour of the Wiess Energy Hall.

    Hosted by the HMNS Energy Conservation Club. Sponsored by the American Chemical Society, Greater Houston Section in celebration of International Year of Chemistry. Media Sponsorship is provided by Houston Public Radio – KUHF News 88.7FM & Classical 91.7FM.

    Parking is available in our 6-story garage located on Caroline, just south of Hermann Drive. Parking is just $5 for museum patrons and $7 for all others. In addition, some curbside parking is available near the Museum entrance and in Hermann Park.
