    In celebration of Diwali, Indo-American Association (IAA), with Nikash Diamonds and Houston Maharashtra Mandal, presents RAINBOW, a narrated musical journey of fifty years of bollywood’s color cinema- a sequel to highly acclaimed Black & White by Niche Entertainment, which celebrated the pre-color days or Bollywood.     Narrated by well-known Marathi stage actor Rahul Solapurkar, RAINBOW is a nostalgic yet forward-looking journey through five decades of bollywood music of color cinema.  Through songs, narration, and video clips, the multi-media RAINBOW pays tribute to music directors S.D. Burman, O.P. Nyyar, Madan Mohan, Shankar Jaikishan, Laxmikant Pyarelal, Kalyanji Anandji, R.D. Burman et al, right up to Rajeah Roshan, Himesh Reshmaiya, Shankar Ehsaan Loy, Vishaal Shekhar and the superstar...A.R. Rhaman.

    RAINBOW also salutes contributions of lyricists like Sahir Ludhianvi, Majrooh Sultanpuri, Rajinder Kishan, Shailendrra, Anand Bakshi, Gulzar et al up to Sameer, Javed Akhtar, and Vishaal Dadlani. And, RAINBOW celebrates the melodious voices of Lata Mangeshkar, Mohammad Rafi, Mukesh, Asha Bhonsle, Kishore Kumar, Manna Dey et al along with the present phenomenally gifted playback singers like Sonu Nigam and Shreya Ghoshal.
