Singing Christmas Tree 2011
December 8 - December 11, 2011
First Baptist Church Pasadena presents the marvelous Singing Christmas Tree 2011. There are 5 opportunities to see the First Baptist Church Singing Christmas Tree this year!
Performances for the 28th Singing Christmas Tree begin on Thursday night, December 8 and will run through Sunday night, December 11. The First Baptist Church Singing Christmas Tree is a unique musical presentation with over 300 choir, orchestra and drama members sharing about the hope we have in Jesus Christ.
Each year the Singing Christmas Tree tells a story…a story about a person with a need and then, a story about the only One who can meet that need…Jesus. The banner presentation as the finale of the Singing Christmas Tree is the exclamation point to the drama and the music that precedes it.
As each banner processes down the aisle, the audience reads the Scripture on the back. Then, the banner turns the corner and the Name is revealed. The audience comes face to face with the fact that Jesus meets our every need.
