Bayou Bend presents Winter-Break Afternoon Workshops for Kids for Children Ages 7–12, December 28–29! Inside & Outside at Bayou Bend Wednesday and/or Thursday, December 28–29, 12:30–4 p.m.

Need a fun, safe educational place for your young ones while you work or run errands? Bayou Bend is the answer! Drop your child (ages 7–12) off at Bayou Bend on one or both days and MFAH staff will lead them in enjoyable holiday activities that focus on the beautiful collection and gardens at Bayou Bend.

Each day, children create projects based on our festive Yuletide program—Holiday Time at Bayou Bend; light refreshments are included. On December 28, they will explore the holiday celebrations of the winter season on exhibit in the historic mansion. On December 29, a walk around Bayou Bend´s 14-acre gardens and woodlands provides the inspiration for nature-based crafts.

Registration and Tuition
Advance registration is required; children may participate on one or both days.
Single-day registration: $35 per day ($30 for MFAH Members)
Two-day registration: $60 ($50 for MFAH Members)
