Enjoy this summer concert on Friday and Saturday nights from 6 -10pm featuring local and regional bands ranging from R&B, rock, country and blues.

Local band, The Line Up, will kick off the third year of Bands on the Sand at Palm Beach at Moody Gardens Friday, June 8. This year’s event has expanded with new Saturday night concerts added to the original Friday night schedule. This exciting live summer music celebration series runs throughout the summer, and each show is followed by a fireworks show over the Moody Gardens pyramids and Offatts Bayou. Admission to each concert is just $12 for all ages, and the shows will be held from 6 p.m. until 10 p.m. every Friday and Saturday through August 11.

Palm Beach at Moody Gardens sets the scene for this summer music series. The enhanced beachside attraction reopened in 2011 with a new 650-foot lazy river, wave pool and two enclosed 18-foot tower slides. Families can still enjoy their favorite features like sparkling white sands, sand volleyball, seaside concessions, interactive water elements and lounge areas.
