The Texas Repertory Theatre, NW Houston’s critically-acclaimed professional theatre ends the year with Yasmina Reza’s award-winning comedy ART, opening May 3rd and playing through May 27th.

"What is ART ?" Yasmina Reza explores this question as well as the true nature of friendship in her Tony Award-winning play, ART.

After paying a ridiculous amount of money for a painting, Serge finds himself defending the value of his masterpiece to his best friends. In this blisteringly funny play, the 3 close friends come to realize that even though they have known each other for over 15 years their differences don't stop with artistic opinion.

A comedy about the way men think and relate to each other, ART is a hilarious and insightful close to a jewel of a season!

The Texas Repertory Theatre production of ART features Houston actors Joshua Estrada, Tom Long, and Rob de los Reyes and marks the return of director Julia Traber to the Texas Repertory Theatre Co.

ART will preview on May 3rd, celebrate its Opening Night on May 4th, and run 4 performances a week through May 27th.
