    The Improv Comedy Showcase and Restaurant presents the Houston IMPROV's STAND-UP STAND-OFF. 

     The quest to find the most humorous individual in Houston this year is at the Houston Improv Comedy Club! This contest is open to any person living in Houston, amateurs and professionals are welcome!

    The Improv Comedy Showcase and Restaurant presents the Houston IMPROV's STAND-UP STAND-OFF. 

     The quest to find the most humorous individual in Houston this year is at the Houston Improv Comedy Club! This contest is open to any person living in Houston, amateurs and professionals are welcome!

    The contest will start Wednesday May 23rd and conclude with the finals on July 26th. Show dates are as follows:

    • Wednesday May 23 1st Round 7:30 PM
    • Wednesday May 30 1st Round 7:30 PM
    • Wednesday June 6 1st Round 7:30 PM
    • Wednesday June 20 1st Round 7:30 PM
    • Wednesday June 27 1st Round 7:30 PM
    • Thursday July 5th Semi-Final 7:30 PM
    • Thursday July 26th FINALS 7:30 PM Tickets to watch each show will be $15 with a portion of the proceeds to benefit charity.

    Grand Prize Includes:

    1. Paid gig hosting for a full weekend here at the Houston IMPROV
    2. Headshot photo session
    3. An introductory level one Improvisation class at The New Movement Theater in Houston www.newmovementtheater.com
    4. Automatic placement as a finalist in the Funniest Comic in Texas contest
    5. More prizes TBA
