Bharathi Kalai Manram presents the Tamil Nadu Foundation 37th National Convention - May 26-27, 2012.

Tamil Nadu foundation (TNF) is the only organization in the world that is entirely devoted to the promotion of economic and social welfare of the people of Tamil Nadu. Since its inception in 1974, TNF has implemented about 600 humanitarian projects all over Tamil Nadu. What makes TNF unique is its ability to monitor, audit and execute projects anywhere in Tamil Nadu under the guidance and supervision of TNF’s Chennai Chapter. Our Chennai Chapter has paid full-time employees and a full-fledged office in its own building in Kilpauk to administer the projects funded from the U.S. and other international donors.

TNF’s Houston will be hosting the 37th National Convention in Houston during the Memorial Day Weekend. We are working with Dallas, Austin & San Anatonio to bring all the Tamils together for a great cause. It is very appropriate that the Convention will be held in Houston, TX to give voice for the educational freedom of underprivileged rural Tamil children. TNF has adopted “School Dropouts Project” as its main focus project with the intent of minimizing school dropouts among Tamil children. Please join us in Houston to learn more about our initiatives and to enjoy the charity, cultural and literary festival.
