    The premise behind the concerts is skateboarding and Rock & Roll have always been connected at the hip. Therefore, it only made since to formalize it in a free concert series format. The other key reason is to create a way to expose young skaters to some great live music...

    The Lee and Joe Jamail Skatepark presents the Skate & Rock Free Concert Series, at the  Lee & Joe Jamail Skate Park.

    The premise behind the concerts is skateboarding and Rock & Roll have always been connected at the hip. Therefore, it only made since to formalize it in a free concert series format. The other key reason is to create a way to expose young skaters to some great live music and possibly inspire them to start their own bands.

    This is the second of three concerts presented by Scion. The Lee and Joe Jamail Skatepark is much more than a skatepark…it is one of Houston’s best parks to view a live concert. The energy of the skaters interacting with musicians, and the Houston skyline providing their backdrop is a sensory overload experience. Show starts at 7.
