Located at 5731 Kirby Drive in The Rice Village area, The Big Easy is Houston's premier venue for live Blues and Zydeco. A perennial winner of the People's Choice Award for Best Blues Venue in The Houston Press, The Big Easy features local and national touring acts. Live Blues can be heard six nights a week with Sunday nights reserved for Zydeco.

The Big Easy features a weekly Blues Jam on Wednesday nights with mainstays The Mighty Orq every Monday, Jeremiah Johnson every Tuesday and Houston favorites Luther and The Healers rockin' the house on Thursday nights. The last Thursday of each month showcases the monthly Houston Blues Society Jam. The Big Easy is also home to The National Zydeco Foundation Jam on the last Sunday of each month.

Happy Hour 3-8 p.m. Monday-Saturday features $1 off all drinks plus daily drink specials. Pool is free on Monday nights.
