  If you are familiar with the film version with Kathryn Hepburn and Jimmy Stewart's classic performances, or even if not, you will like the play. Theatre Suburbia's ensemble cast is generally strong, although a couple of scenes drag a bit. Adelaide Daniel as Dinah provides endless laughs and plays a 40's style teen with the perfect combination of worldliness and naivetee. Brett Cullum as Dexter, Courtney Furgason as Liz, and David Barron as Mike are all strong and have exceedingly funny moments, and Amesti Reioux as Tracy Lord plays the part of the "straight man" to the comedy surrounding her, but delivers quite a few zingers herself. All in all, each character has at least a moment or two...Great space, too! Collapse
