Founded in 1978 in Cambridge, Massachusetts, MIT Enterprise Forum, Inc. is a volunteer, non-profit organization. Membership in the Forum is vast with a network of 17 US chapters and 11 international chapters. It continually attracts local executives, business leaders, venture capitalists, industry experts, and service organizations, as well as newly emerging entrepreneurs with business ideas involving technology.
