About the artist: Twenty-six year old playwright, actor, director, and producer Reginald Edmund is steadily approaching as the voice for the next generation of urban theatre. The Prince of Urban Theatre was hailed by the Houston Press at age twenty four as the Future of Black Theatre.

Other works created by Reginald Edmund include, the Silver House Playwright Festival, Silver House Collective Artist Showcase- benefit for Hurricane Katrina/Rita victims, and Silver House Collective Artist Showcase-Queen of a New Sound, recently Reginald Edmund served as the director for Coffee Colored Dreams and Cheryl West's Before It Hits Home.

Reginald Edmund also works as the Festival Producer and the Production Manager for the Silver House Theatre one of Houston's premiere theatrical venues as is the founder and executive producer for Houston Urban Theatre Company.
