    Airdrops

    Air Drops is located at the east end of International Arrivals. Air Drops is composed of 11 large-scale wall inserts made of resin and polyester film on Plexiglas, which are sandwiched and protected by glass. These transparent murals are intended to intrigue airport passengers, “stimulating and delighting the visual senses.” The designs were inspired by movements of water, air, and gravity. The rolling composition and heightened color along with the inherent, reflective and transparent qualities of materials, exaggerate these fundamental elements of life.
