Our Galveston office is housed in a storm of 1900 survivor home on the National Registry of Historic Places. Built in 1876, it sits about 6-1/2 feet off the ground.

With heart of pine, wide plank floors and high ceilings on the main floor and huge windows, it takes in all the street scene of it's corner location at 14th and Post Office. A hidden apartment under the home make a cozy nest for visitors.

A huge covered back porch extends the livable area of the office/home. The interior was decorated by Karen Derr, with the help of designer Michael Reper, who chose the paint pallet for a Victorian island mood.

Called the Weber house, we are currently researching its history and enjoying it's proximity across the street from the Sunshine Bakery, the Mosquito Grill and the Original Mexican Restaurant. It is often included in "Other Walls" on the Galveston Art Walk, displaying works by local artists.
