Comment on Facebook The Continental Club opened its doors on Friday, July 7th, 2000. The location at 3700 Main (at Alabama) brings the Continental tradition to Mid-Town Houston. It's a faithful re-creation of the Austin original, from the classic neon outside to the sights and sounds on the red velvet stage. The location, formerly a general store on the 20's, has kept its own original fixtures, the tall metal ceilings and vintage neon light fixtures overhead.
