Abhyasa Yoga Studio

Our studio is centrally located in Houston, Texas. We have a variety of classes available featuring many styles and intensity levels, from beginner to advanced. Our instructors are knowledgeable, friendly, and willing to work with all who have a genuine desire to begin or improve their own practice.

    Our studio is one traffic light north of West Alabama and one light south of Westheimer on Montrose. We are in the same building as Scott Gertner's Skybar, on the third floor. Access is available through stairwells in the dedicated parking garage behind the building (free of charge to those visiting our studio), or via the elevator in the lobby.
