Alley Theatre

The Alley Theatre houses two separate stages - the 824-seat Hubbard Stage and the Neuhaus Stage, with up to 310 seats. The Alley offers a variety of other events and services including a number of pre-curtain events, children's performances, theatre tours, theatre classes for young people, and post-show discussions with the artists and creative staff. The Alley houses its own costume, scenic and properties, lighting and sound departments, as well as rehearsal studios and administrative offices. The Alley maintains a staff of more than 100 individuals and a Resident Company of Actors.

The Alley Theatre has several meeting and function rooms, unique lobby spaces and two theatres that are available for private rental. Whether you are looking to have an intimate dinner with friends before a performance, a holiday party for 200, or your next shareholders' meeting, our skilled staff and experienced caterers can help you create an event to remember.

    There are several parking garages in the Theatre District and some street parking is available at various times.
    
    The most convenient parking garage to the Alley Theatre is the Alley Theatre Center Garage. The Alley Theatre Center Parking Garage is the high-rise garage located directly behind the Alley with entrances on Louisiana Street and Smith Street.
    
    Event parking is $5 in this garage. For all events during weekday business hours parking is $1 per 20 minutes with a $9 maximum charge.
