Located in Sugar Land, Texas, at the corner of Austin Parkway and Grants Lake.
First Colony Branch Library opened in June 1993, the second of the four new branches built with bond-election funds voted for in 1989. It quickly grew to become the busiest of all of the library system locations. The 19,400-square-foot building was designed by architect Brooks Association for Architecture and Planning, Mark A.
